DE Underwriter
Responsible for underwriting retail mortgage loans according to guidelines and secondary market standards set by investors, FNMA, FHLMC and FHA while meeting targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of recent experience underwriting government products, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and decision making skills, and proficiency in all levels of mortgage underwriting.
