Current Positions Available:

Senior DE Underwriter

Responsible for underwriting retail mortgage loans according to guidelines and secondary market standards set by investors, FNMA, FHLMC and FHA while meeting targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and decision making skills, and knowledge and proficiency in all levels of mortgage underwriting. The applicant must have an FHA DE designation. A VP LAPP is a plus.

Loan Consultant

All applicants must be seasoned, producing loan originators with a current book of business or referral base. The ideal candidates are those with current experience in FHA and government lending coupled with a primary focus on purchase money and secondary focus on refinance. A specialty in reverse mortgages is also acceptable. No inexperienced applicants will be considered.
